Consent to Personal Data Processing
An individual, by submitting an application on the website http://Нейроникс-нпп.рф/ and/or on the website forms.yandex.ru through the relevant form, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to the Limited Liability Company ‘Scientific and Production Enterprise Neuronix’ (Tax ID 8617041516, hereinafter referred to as Neuronix LLC), in accordance with the following terms:
This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use (mixed processing).
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: personal data that do not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic;
date of birth;
gender;
citizenship;
place of work, position;
phone number and/or email address;
address of residence (region);
Additionally, for persons entering into agreements with Neuronix LLC:
identity document details (passport details);
registration address;
Additionally, for persons participating in public in-person/online events of the Operator, including educational, awareness-raising, informational and consulting events.

Purpose of personal data processing:
Organization and conduct of educational, awareness-raising, informational and other events within the statutory purposes of Neuronix LLC, including:
communication with employees of Neuronix LLC;
registration for educational and other events, including as part of the implementation of programs and projects of Neuronix LLC;
provision to users of reference information, educational and methodological materials, and presentation materials;
provision to users of consultations on issues related to the services provided by Neuronix LLC;
conducting informational mailings about programs, projects, events, and services of Neuronix LLC;
registration and record-keeping of participants in projects and events of Neuronix LLC, including those conducted using grant funds and subsidies;
preparation of reports, including based on the results of implementation of projects involving grants and subsidies, and record keeping within the statutory activities of Neuronix LLC;
preparation of documents for obtaining a license to carry out educational activities.
During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The Operator does not disseminate personal data without the separate consent of the personal data subject, executed in accordance with the requirements of Order No. 18 of Roskomnadzor dated 24.02.2021.
Neuronix LLC transfers personal data to third parties and entrusts the processing of personal data to the following third parties:
Transfer of data to third parties and entrusting the processing of personal data to third parties are carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of Neuronix LLC, as well as in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
The period during which the consent is valid is until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or the personal data are destroyed, as well as in the event of withdrawal of consent by the subject (legal representative). Neuronix LLC will process personal data no longer than required by the purposes of their processing, unless other periods are provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending Neuronix LLC a written application or an electronic application signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of electronic signatures (legal address of the Operator: Russian Federation, 628452, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Surgutsky Municipal District, Solnechny rural settlement, Solnechny settlement, Stroiteley St., 27, Bldg. A; withdrawal of consent is also permitted by sending a notification to the email address info@нейроникс-нпп.рф).
Neuronix LLC is included in the register of personal data operators (registration number 72-25-051801 on the basis of Order No. 207 dated 17.10.2025).
